Chat notifications are not working in my browser, what do I do?

Sometimes you may not be getting notified in Freshchat. Here's what you can do to fix this:

1. Check if you have enabled notifications in Freshchat. Learn more.
2. Check if your web browser is blocking your push notifications. Learn more.
3. Check if you are using any ad blockers, as they could block such push notifications. Please refer to their support and solutions to understand how to unblock push notifications for [yourdomain].freshchat.com. Learn how to find your Freshchat domain.
