The self-service portal is built using Handlebars JS. Handlebars offer a variety of helpers that can help you customize the portal based on your needs. The portal offers the default Handlebars helpers in addition to some custom helpers like pagination, avatar, renderfromapi, etc.
Note: Classic Freshservice Portal uses Liquid Templating language. If you are on classic portal, you can refer the documentation here
