A workspace is where members of each team can work together to manage employee requests without compromising data security. Each team can have its own workspace, configure settings at the workspace level, and control access to its tickets and other data.

You can create new workspaces or manage the settings of existing workspaces from Admin> Manage Workspaces.
Note: On Freshservice for Business Teams standalone plan, only business workspaces are available.
