SMS integration is offered via SMS providers like Twilio and Gupshup based on your geography. With SMS integration, you can engage with customers on SMS channels for marketing campaigns and customer support.

Note: 
1) Currently, SMS is supported via Twilio (North America, Canada, and the rest of the world) and Gupshup (for India).
2) The file size limit that could be sent from user to agent on SMS channel is 5 MB.
